The Jelly Force order page states that it delivers worldwide, with a delivery time of up to a maximum of 60 days. It also states a guarantee of 60 days from purchase. Those two numbers being identical is worth five minutes of thought before ordering from outside the United States.

The overlap problem

A guarantee that runs from the date of purchase spends its first weeks while the parcel is in transit. Domestically that is a few days and barely matters. Internationally, where the stated ceiling is sixty days, it is theoretically possible for a package to arrive as the refund window closes.

In practice most international orders land far inside that ceiling — the number is a worst case, not an estimate. But it does mean the practical decision window on an overseas order is the delivery time subtracted from sixty days, and it is worth asking support for a realistic estimate to your country before ordering rather than after.

Customs and duty

A parcel crossing a border may attract import duty, local sales tax and a handling fee from the carrier. None of that appears at checkout, all of it is payable by you, and the carrier's handling fee is frequently larger than the duty itself.

Rules differ enormously by country, and dietary supplements are one of the categories where they differ most. Some countries restrict specific botanicals outright. A parcel seized at the border is a refund conversation with a seller who did nothing wrong, and it will not be a quick one.

Check your own country's rules first

This takes one search and saves the entire transaction. Look up whether your national health or food-safety authority restricts any of the named ingredients. 1. Realistic delivery estimate to your country — ask support by email so you have it in writing.

3. Who pays return shipping on a refund, given the return address will be overseas. This can be a significant fraction of the refund.
4. Whether the ingredients are permitted where you live.

A note on the return leg

This guarantee requires the bottles to be sent back. From another continent, a tracked parcel is not cheap, and it is your cost unless the seller says otherwise. On a $158 order, international tracked return postage can be a meaningful percentage of what you get back. That is not a reason not to order — it is a reason to know the number in advance.
